SparkX: AI & IT is Kerala Startup Mission's preincubation program for students and first-time founders building technology-driven ideas — combining weekly masterclasses and hands-on guidance to take a raw idea to a validated pitch.
SparkX is designed for individuals with a technology-driven problem worth solving, but without a structured way, yet, to validate it. It gives that idea a defined 45-day process rather than leaving it to chance.
The program closes with a Demo Day where participants present the concept they've validated over the 45 days.
Participants move through weekly online masterclasses and two mandatory offline sessions, delivered by practitioners from KSUM, covering:
Working on an AI or software idea alongside coursework, an IEDC project, or a hackathon build worth pursuing further.
Building your first company — solo or with a small team — and looking for a structured way to test the idea before taking it further.
Engineers or product people with a working prototype or model who need support turning it into a viable, market-facing venture.

Yes. Solo applicants and teams of up to four members are both eligible. Indicate team members on the application form.
